多孔Er-TiO2薄膜的制备及其光催化性能

摘 要: 以水溶性壳聚糖(WSC)为添加剂、五水硝酸铒为铒源,采用本课题组研发的浸渍/旋转法在石英玻璃片上制备一系列Er-TiO2多孔薄膜,考察涂膜层数(1~4)、煅烧温度(550~650 ℃)、煅烧时间(0.5~3 h)以及WSC含量(0~0.05% (质量分数))对薄膜结构及性质的影响,并利用XRD、SEM、EDX、TG-DTG和BET等技术对薄膜的结构进行表征,通过甲基橙溶液的光催化降解反应评价其光催化性能。结果表明:当溶胶中WSC的添加量为0.04%(质量分数),涂膜层数为3层,煅烧温度为550 ℃,煅烧时间为1 h时,在模拟可见光下,薄膜对7.8 mg/L的甲基橙溶液光催化反应进行6 h,催化降解率可达到64.6%。

Preparation of porous Er-TiO2 films and their photocatalytic performance

Abstract:The porous Er-TiO2 films were prepared using water-soluble chitosan (WSC) as addictive, Er(NO3)3·5H2O as source of Er element we created by dip/spin-coating method. The effects of the preparation parameters, including the number of coating layers (1-4), calcination temperature (550-650 ℃), calcination time (0.5-3 h) and the content of WSC in sol (0-0.05% (mass fraction)) on the structure and performance of the films were investigated. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), thermal analysis (TG-DTG) and nitrogen adsorption method (BET). The photocatalytic degradation reaction of methyl orange was chosen to evaluate the photocatalytic performance. The results show that the highest quality film is obtained by sol with 0.04% (mass fraction) of WSC, 3 layers, the calcination temperature of 550 ℃, and calcination time of 1 h. With this film, the degradation rate of 7.8 mg/L methyl orange solution reaches up to 64.6% under simulated solar light after 6h photocatalytic reaction.
